No. All our services are private. You will not share the vehicle with passengers outside your group.

Yes! You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer.

You can make changes directly on our website up to 48 hours before arrival using the access details we emailed you. You may update the number of passengers, pickup time, address, and travel details.

From 48 to 24 hours before your transfer, any changes must be requested by phone or WhatsApp using the number in your confirmation email. Change requests sent via email will not be considered.

Tips are not mandatory in Italy. If you feel the service deserves it, you are welcome to tip, but it is entirely optional. Tips cannot be added to receipts and not tipping is not considered rude.

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for free when available. You can add your request in the notes.
Please note that child seats are not legally required for taxis and private transfer services in Italy. We might not be able to provide them depending on our schedule.

All prices refer to the entire vehicle, not per passenger. Our rates are fixed and all-inclusive (unless otherwise stated). They do not increase based on travel time like regular taxis. You will pay exactly what is shown during booking.

Our prices are fully inclusive, with no additional charges at checkout.
However, for larger vehicles such as minibuses or buses, certain cities (e.g., Venice, Florence) may require ZTL or parking fees. For this reason, we often send two smaller vehicles instead.
